We’re excited to share that Orinda Park Pool will be using a new system, CAPTYN, to manage memberships this year. CAPTYN is easier to use, works great on your mobile phone, and allows us to manage more pool programs in the same place. We started the migration to the new system last year so many folks have already used it (e.g. for summer camps).

What to expect:

  • On December 1st, we’ll send out renewal notices for the 2026 pool season.

  • Renewal links will be sent to the primary account holder’s email address on file from last year. Our records indicate the primary email address for your family is {{parent_account}}

  • Please review your contact information — if your primary email address has changed, let us know by replying to this message and copying [email protected]

Logging into CAPTYN:

  • Use your family’s primary email address: {{parent_account}}

  • If it’s your first time logging in you will be prompted to create a password.

  • If you don’t remember your password proceed to sign-in and select a recovery option.

  • Once you’re in, you can manage your family’s information and renew your membership when we send out details on December 1st.
